What is the difference between Intensive and Technique Camps?
JROB Technique Camps are designed for a wide range of skill levels and ages and include less live competition than Intensive Camps. At Intensive Camps, participants develop skills in a disciplined and focused environment working in areas including, but not limited to: technique, strength training, mental attitude, conditioning, and strategy. This type of camp is both mentally and physically demanding. Intensive Camps are very challenging and designed for campers ages 14-18. Because of their demanding nature, Intensive Camps may not be a good fit for all athletes.
