Program Development Coordinator

Description:
J Robinson Intensive Camps, LLC is expanding our operations into new markets. We are searching for a full time Program Development Coordinator to research and develop new opportunities to implement our training approach and to broaden our market share.

Responsibilities include:
Research, develop, coordinate, and implement new camp opportunities for J Robinson Intensive Camps, LLC. Responsible for:
-- Developing criteria to determine feasible camp development strategies
-- Composing, conducting, and analyze market research
-- Developing budget forecasts for new programs
-- Developing marketing opportunities and materials
-- Locating facilities
-- Finding onsite directors and staff
-- Securing contracts
-- Other duties as assigned

Education and skill requirements:
Four year degree in Marketing, Management, Sports Management, Business Administration or related major. Minimum of 5 years experience in athletics within the capacities of coaching, athletic administration, camp administration, or related area.

Required skills:
-- Must be able to efficiently and effectively compose, conduct, and evaluate market research
-- Must be able to understand our product and determine how to implement it into other programs
-- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
-- Excellent organization skills, computer and project management skills
-- Must be detail oriented and self motivated
-- Familiarity with international travel a plus

This is a full time position with a starting salary range of $25,000.00-$35,000.00/year
