J Robinson Intensive Camps is now accepting applications for
Director of Wrestling Operations

Job Description: Job would require on site management at all intensive wrestling camps during the summer months In addition applicant would be responsible for:
- Hiring and management of staff
- Managing issues that arise at camp
- Continuous upgrading of schedule, workbooks, newsletter, and information given to campers
- Development and management of relationships with facilities and community coaches
- A commitment to uphold the quality and ideals of J Robinson Intensive Camps, LLC
- Implementation of new camps and new programs for wrestling and other sports
- Other Duties as assigned
Other duties would include but not be limited to:
- Scheduling transportation
- Working with school administration on site, negotiating contracts for facilities, salaries and food service
- Development of ongoing educational and certification programs for staff and trainers

Applicant Qualifications: This is a full time position that covers all aspects of running the wrestling camps for J Robinson Intensive Camps, LLC. Minimum experience is 5 years summer wrestling camp experience, 5-10 years coaching experience, and bachelor’s degree.
Applicants must have:
- Good organization and communication skills
- Excellent management skills (regarding people and situations)
- Ability to develop and implement new and useful programs
- Entrepreneurial attitude that pursues for new opportunities in wrestling

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Pay will include a base salary plus bonuses.
