ABOUT J ROBINSON INTENSIVE GOLF CAMP
The J Robinson Intensive Camp was designed to train the serious golfer in all aspects of the sport. Using all four components, our camp stresses learning by doing. Our staff will work out, run, and train with you at camp to help you become the best golfer you can be.

There are numerous ways to reach the top-our way is old fashined hard work. We will teach you a work ethic that will reamin with you throughout life. You do not need to be the most talented person to succeed, but you just make a commitment.

It's focus is on reaching the athlete and instiling the necessary physical and mental edge to become a successful part of your individual program. Recognition of specific skills will be addressed and top individuals will be staffed to help reach your potential.

A highlight of the camp will be the use of a split-screen video that is used during th ecamp. we are one of the two schools in the nation that uses this technology. This highly technical analysis will be provided to all student on their own video tape to keep. In addition to this, you will receive voice reminders of areas to work on after camp is over. Also, students take home the memories that go with expert instruction.

DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION
A $300 deposit is required with your application. We accept applications to the day camp begins, space permitting, but recommend you mail your application by May 15th for your best opportunity to secure a spot in camp. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance is due two weeks before the start of camp. Upon receipt of your application, you will be sent confirmation of acceptance, directions, a list of what to bring, a balance due statement and medical history forms. Space is Limited.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Camp check-in is from 12:00-2:00 pm on July 11th at St. Olaf College campus, Northfield, MN. At this time, any balance remaining on your camp fees must be paid in full. You will have a session that afternoon. Checkout will be July 31st from 3:00-4:00 p.m. There will be no supervision provided after this time, and no lunch or dinner will be served the last day of camp.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Travel arrangements are your responsibility. If you plan to travel by air, we recommend you contact our camp travel agency, Teel’s Travel Planners, contact Marcia at 1-800-233-3225 (8:30-5:30 Pacific Time). Their web address: www.Travel-Planners.com. Email: [email protected] They are familiar with our camps and will help you find the most reasonable fare. Identify yourself as a J Robinson Intensive Golf Camp participant. All campers flying as an unaccompanied minor will be charged an additional $20.00 escort fee and the camp office must be notified at least 2 weeks before the start of camp.

MEALS & LODGING
Meals are provided in the school cafeteria for resident campers. Campers will be housed in a university residence hall, typically two campers per room. If you want to room with a friend, you must check in together on the first day of camp. There is no pre-assignment of rooms.

INSURANCE
All campers are required to have medical coverage prior to camp participation. The camp carries a secondary payer policy insurance, which will cover all campers for injuries only. Coverage under this policy is not included in your camp fees and this policy is in excess of any coverage you may already have. All applicants WITHOUT EXCEPTION are required to purchase this second payer medical insurance policy, cost is $10.00 (this is above the camp tuition).

COST & DISCOUNTS
Cost of the J Robinson Intensive Golf Camp is $1995. There will be a $40 key deposit due with the camp balance for resident campers. This deposit is returned after camp when you turn in your room key. Secondary medical insurance is in addition to all camp tuition.

Group Discount: When 10 or more teammates from your school or club apply together, there is a $50/each discount. If there are 3 or more campers from the same immediate family, there is a $40/each discount. GROUP APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED TOEGETHER!!

J Robinson Intensive Golf Camp is geared for grades 9-12.

STAFF
Campers will be exposed to a wide range of technique and background knowledge, and will have the opportunity to spend time with golfers who have been successful at many levels of competition. Due to competition, the staff may change without notice. The quality of the staff will remain the same.
