The Intensive Golf Camp is a 21-day intensive training camp. Why would a golfer need intensive training? Many junior golfers are lacking sufficient training in mental preparation or strength conditioning and their game suffers as a result. As the number of new golfers entering the sport increases, the bar for performance is also constantly being raised.

In order to play up to your true potential as a golfer, supplemental training must be incorporated into your daily training. How many top athletes in football, basketball, or hockey seek cross-training methods? Over 90 percent of high school athletes implement cross-training methods into their seasonal training regimen.

If you wish to be successful at any level of competition, you must be in excellent shape on a mental and physical level. Our intensive golf-training program will provide you with measurable results!
o Increase driving distance
o Improve control over putting & chipping
o Become mentally prepared for tough matches
o Stay focused during practice
o Build core muscles through strength training
o Prevent injuries by enhancing flexibility and balance
