Are you seeking to improve your performance in practice and games, to make the varsity team or to play basketball after high school?  Join us this summer for our 14-day basketball camp.  At camp, you will use dynamic drills, high intensity practice sessions and games all designed to improve your overall basketball skills.

Your training is a dynamic comprehensive and progressive system with concentration in the areas of:

  • Technique, drills and games
  • Weight room sessions with basketball specific workouts
  • Agility and accelerated plyometric training
  • Classroom discussions on game strategy and plays
  • Mental attitude and visualization sessions
