Training Programs: 21-Day and 10-Day
Train like a professional, with hockey pros. Intensive training is a dynamic, performance enhancing and mentality changing workout routine. It is our commitment to assist you in increasing your performance level and helping you obtain your hockey goals. The multi-week training programs test athlete’s day-in and day-out with accelerated training and conditioning routines that are great preparation for try-outs.
Intensive Training Programs are designed for male and female athletes 14 to 18 years old.
Sample Daily Schedule
