Insurance
All participants must be covered by J Rob Hockey's secondary payer insurance policy. This policy will cover all players, and is in excess of any coverage you may have. No one will be admitted without a signed release. This short-term excess policy is $15 in addition to your program fees. Refunds are not granted for to injury or illness.
Injuries are a part of any training program. It is imperative that all athletes come in good health; they will not be allowed to participate if they arrive injured. A physical exam (within the past year) by a licensed physician is required.
Key Deposit
A $50 key/damage room deposit is required for all resident players. This is in excess to your program fees. The $50 will be returned (in cash) when the player has cleared the check out procedure and their room is cleared.
