Different from our Intensive Training Programs our 5-Day Technique Training will cover every aspect of hockey. Structured daily schedules consist of up to three on-ice training sessions with emphasis on skill development in skating, shooting and stick handling.

The basic fundamentals to advanced drills are taught and reviewed in small group settings based on age and ability.

Designed for male and female hockey players 4 to 18 years old.

 

Sample Daily Schedule

Age 8-12:
8-12 year old commuters will be provided with lunch and two snacks through out the day. Residents will be provided lunch and dinner. You must be at least 10 years old in order to be a resident (overnight) player.

7:00-7:30am Check-In
8:00-8:30am Stick Handling
9:10-10:10am On-Ice
10:30-11:00am Snacks
11:15-12:15pm dryland games
12:30-1:30pm Lunch
2:10-3:10pm On-Ice
3:30-4:00pm Snacks
4:00-5:00pm Dryland games
5:00-6:00pm Check-Out


Age 13-18:
13-18 year old players commuters will be provided with lunch and dinner. Resident (overnight) campers will get breakfast lunch and dinner.
