Different from our Intensive Training Programs our 5-Day Technique Training will cover every aspect of hockey. Structured daily schedules consist of up to three on-ice training sessions with emphasis on skill development in skating, shooting and stick handling.
The basic fundamentals to advanced drills are taught and reviewed in small group settings based on age and ability.
Designed for male and female hockey players 4 to 18 years old.
Sample Daily Schedule
Age 8-12:
8-12 year old commuters will be provided with lunch and two snacks through out the day. Residents will be provided lunch and dinner. You must be at least 10 years old in order to be a resident (overnight) player.
