TECHNIQUE CAMP OVERVIEW
Featuring a high-profile national and regional staff, J Robinson Technique Camps cover every aspect of wrestling. The basic fundamentals to advanced college-level match strategies are taught and reviewed with an emphasis on skill development.
Daily schedules consist of three on-mat training sessions offering campers a variety of work-out partners based on age and ability—all in small group settings. In addition, sessions on goal setting, mental toughness, nutrition, and academics are covered.
Each day a different special guest will be invited to providing campers with motivational and inspirational speeches.

YOUTH CAMP
July 11-15 : University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN*
Designed for ages 8-12. Wrestlers will be trained in small groups with a concentration on the skill sets and disciplines most appropriate for the age. Instruction is provided at a slower pace with an emphasis on reviewing skills taught by accomplished coaches in a youth-friendly environment.
*Campers must be at least 10 years old to stay overnight in the dorms at Minnesota Camps.
