The daily schedule at J Robinson Intensive Camps varies from day to day in order to maximize the physical and mental challenge that our athletes face. We use unpredictability and constant change as a tool to test the athletes, so they never know what they'll face when they wake up. Here is a sample daily schedule that shows what one day might look like.

Wake Up

6:45am - 7:45am
Running, Cross-Training, or Weight Training

8:00am - 9:45am
Breakfast and Recovery

10:00am - 12:00pm
Technique Sessions

12:15pm - 2:45pm
Lunch and Recovery

3:00pm - 5:00pm
Hard Practice, Drilling, and Live Wrestling

5:15pm - 7:15pm
Dinner and Recovery

7:30pm - 8:00pm
Mental Attitude, Motivation, Life Skills, and Visualization Training

8:00pm - 9:45pm
Technique Review + Running, Cross-Training, or Weight Training
