Community Service Award
In 2016, we launched the JROB Community Service Award. By performing 25 or more hours of community service, wrestlers receive a $300 discount to any JROB Intensive Camp. This opportunity introduces young athletes to the value of community service, and allows them to take an active role in the camp investment.
Since this initiative was launched, more than 80 wrestlers have volunteered with schools, libraries, hospitals, shelters, food pantries and kitchens, group homes, Special Olympics, adaptive sports initiatives, government agencies, faith-based organizations, and much more, for a total of more than 2,000 hours of community service. Check out a few photos of our campers volunteering in the photo gallery below.
Applications for 2020 will be considered on a rolling basis. The final deadline for submission is March 15, 2020. Please review the complete rules and qualifications by clicking the link below before submitting your application.
